Coffee Morning for Fairtrade Fortnight

A coffee morning was recently held in the Trinity Centre for Fairtrade Fortnight. Fairtrade goods were available for sale from The Other Shop, Melrose, run by Barbara Dalglish. Goods on sale included chocolate raisins, coffee, rice, pasta, chocolate, biscuits, cereal, cards and bags. Fairtrade tea, coffee and biscuits were served.
Over £70 has been sent to Traidcraft Exchange. Traidcraft Exchange works to enable poor producers in Africa and Asia to grow their businesses, find markets, and engage effectively in trade.
