Some interesting debate
It’s not so much of a debate as a get together. We meet for a drink and some discussion. Usually a speaker will introduce the topic for the night and then the floor is free for questions, disagreement and further opinion. It is often lively and always good natured. We try to pick topics that are hitting the headlines of the newspapers at the time or are in the mind of this community. Everyone gets a chance to say something if they wish and all opinions are welcome. Although this is a church group, the questions (and any suggested answers) are usually free and open to discussion.
